聖誕節前夕，DJ-卡拉因公司政策從大城市暫時調到美國偏鄉小鎮經營電台聖誕，原本以為會格格不入的卡拉，在小鎮認識一群友善和可愛的居民，讓她對聖誕節有不一樣的期待。同時，小鎮出現了一名神秘聖誕老人，卡拉試圖揭露聖誕老人的身分，電台聖誕慢慢地累積人氣，也開啟了卡拉與浪漫愛情相遇的大門。。此為TV版動畫第三部，從1997年4月4日至1997年9月26日放映，全26話。 此作完全脫離原作，為動畫原創故事，原創的角色也很多。由於是動畫原創，部分設定和原作設定相矛盾，並且原本的主角：莉娜等人的存在變成了半個旁觀者。故事走向太過於沉重路線，和原作原本的作風相距甚遠，所以沒有受到與前二作相等的評價。。The third thrilling saga of Deathstalker pits him against the evil wizard and ruler of the Southland, Troxartes, and his band of undead warriors.
