本節目是個以「迎新小隊」作核心，紀錄他們幫助街坊鄰里的真人騷節目。「炮竹一聲除舊歲」、「年廿八洗邋遢」、「賣懶！賣懶！賣到年三十晚！」華人的傳統就是喜歡送舊迎新，將舊而有不好的事情趕走，希望透過「清潔、整理和斷捨離」等方法法，象徵著大家一同迎接美好的未來。每一集將會走到有不同「掃除」需求的嘉賓（市民）生活之中，了解他們意欲摒棄或者清理的東西為何物，無論是皮膚、家居、小店、人生、關係等，只要能清理的都一應俱全。到最後帶嘉賓到「迎新小隊」的「清潔部屋」中，吃一頓以「清」精心設計代表「送舊迎新」的慶祝飯，讓每位嘉賓分享清潔成果。。January 2016.
