电影《伊阿索密码》讲述了未来世界的一次生死较量——梁静饰演的冷酷叛逆医学院高材生林子琪，为了挽救身患绝症但又提前意外解冻的姐姐羽琪（李兰迪饰），她在赵立新扮演的姚博士诱导下，携带命悬一线的姐姐前往北极科研基地寻求最后的治疗希望。意外的是，在驶往北极基地的航程中杀机四伏，除了莫测的人心，似乎还有凶猛的嗜血怪兽潜藏在暗处…。本片以林冲和宋江为两条主线，保留了《水浒传》原著中鲁智深倒拔垂杨柳、拳打镇关西、林冲风雪山神庙、一百零八好汉水泊梁山等情节，讲述了众好汉被逼上梁山起义、同意招安却失败告终的故事。。An under-appreciated, over worked assistant entrusted with a million dollar necklace races to find out which of his friends betrayed him, as he battles a desperate criminal duo bent on stealing the necklace.
