哈特饰一个虚构版本的自己：剧中他仍是演员，只能演主角的搞笑跟班，对此非常厌倦。而如今有人递来了梦中角色——某部影视的男一号、动作明星。但为胜任此角，他必须在全世界最好的动作演员训练中心进行学习。而他在那里的导师(特拉沃尔塔)是一个疯狂古怪的神经病，把他封闭起来仍在艰苦环境里，不停地挑战他的极限，各种夸张、让人害怕的动作戏训练来了。此外他还有对手——一个强硬、不惜一切想赢的学生。 该剧灵感来自哈特2016年喜剧演出大电影《凯文·哈特：整点啥呢》的开场画面，由他的制作公司Laugh Out Loud Network打造。。母亲（惠英红 饰）强行将女儿（陈颖欣 饰）送往加拿大，而那班香港到加拿大的飞机失事，机上无人生还，母亲得知这个消息变得抑郁癫狂，经常看到可怕的东西，她身边也接连发生离奇死亡的事件。这时原本死去的女儿却突然回来，更大的噩梦正一步步逼近……。Philippe Clarence, a famous Parisian dressmaker, seduces his friend's fiancee.
