赤松德郎是个脚踏实地的小型运输公司老板，一直努力维持公司，然而某天他公司的货车发生轮胎飞脱导致年轻母亲死亡的事件，在警方和媒体都认为他是杀人凶手之时，赤松查出全国都出现类似的事故，全部都涉及大型汽车制造商「希望汽车公司」的汽车，于是赤松为了证明自己无罪讨回公道，只身挑战庞大企业。。When a casino owning dog named Charlie is murdered by his rival Carface, he finds himself in Heaven basically by default since all dogs go to heaven. However, since he wants to get back at his killer, he cons his way back to the living with the warning that doing that damns him to Hell. Once back, he teams with his old partner, Itchy to prep his retaliation. He also stumbles on to an orphan girl who can talk to the animals, thus allowing him to get the inside info on the races to ensure his wins。
