漫画家・安達哲が青年コミック誌に連載した女子アナもののOVA化。監督はほぼ同時期にTVアニメ『愛天使伝説ウェディングピーチ』なども手がけていた湯山邦彦が担当。 ヒット番組に恵まれないダメTV局のATVだが、そんな中でも視聴率をコンスタントに稼いでいる人気コーナーがあった。それは美人アナウンサーの仲代桂子が出ている天気予報だ。彼女はATVが自分のおかげで存続していられると豪語し、これには誰も逆らえない。だがそんな中で新しい美人キャスターが登板してくるや、桂子は自分の豊満な肉体をこれでもかとお茶の間に向けてアピール。視聴率と人気のためなら肌をさらすことすらいとわない、仁義なき女の戦いが始まった。 主人公の仲代桂子は『ポケットモンスター』などでも湯山邦彦監督と縁の深い松本梨香が演じた。。Here's a modern-day film noir in which you're never sure what's real and what isn't real.
