Spain, late 1980s. Newcomer Sara tries to fit in with the other teens in this tight-knit small town in the province of Tarrgona. If only she were more like her extroverted best friend, Rebe. And that's when the nightmare begins.。陈楚童(李靖筠饰)是一个典型的低头族青年，她在视频网站看到一条关于切勿沉迷电子产品的警告，一开始她并不以为意，依然沉迷直播。直至生活里出现越来越多诡异的事件，才让她觉得事情并非她想象的那样简单，于是她找来好友林子强(杨天宇饰)帮忙解决。 当二人以为事件告一段落时，楚童的家人却都离奇消失，无奈之下二人只能根据线索一步步追寻到指引中的神秘大厦。在大厦的异度空间里，楚童埋藏在心灵深处的秘密一层一层被揭开，她对朋友、家人曾有过的愧疚也被一一揭晓。似乎有一股神秘力量一步步指引她去面对真实的自己、去面对那些曾逃避的事情……而面对这一切能够解决的唯一方法：是她必须从电子世界里走出来，放下手机，去拥抱和关心自己身边的人。。
