In his starring debut Roy gets elected to congress in order to bring water to the ranchers in his district. In Washington he learns he needs the backing of a key congressman and gets that man to go west for an inspection trip. When the Congressman is initally unimpressed, Roy gets the inspection party stranded without water to show the true conditions.。青虫怪利用监视蔬菜精灵的办法偷窥到了很多蔬菜精灵们的秘密，在得意之下他大肆宣扬，放了个大喇叭对着蔬菜园，循环播放自己观察到的秘密嘲笑蔬菜精灵们，蔬菜精灵们很生气，觉得自己的隐私被侵犯了，大家决定主动出击去找青虫怪算账。没过几天，蔬菜精灵们造出了一个空中播放器，他们要以欺人之道还治欺人之身，收集了青虫怪的癖好和隐私在空中播放，而且还会随着导航向其它的青虫居住地飞行，让青虫怪也尝尝隐私被人侵犯的滋味。青虫怪即恼怒又无可奈何，只好躲在贪吃府不出门，蔬菜园又可以维持一段时间的平静了。。
