年过三十的姚澜（俞飞鸿 饰）是一家便利店的店长，通过相亲网站她结识了看似敦厚老实的田坤（涂松岩 饰），两人一拍即合，很快决定步入婚姻殿堂。可就在节骨眼，姚澜发现未婚夫不忠的证据，盛怒之下取消了婚礼。在心情最低落的时刻，看热闹的小青年陆小贝（杨玏 饰）不经意闯入姚澜及其母亲（许娣 饰）的生活，让感情道路挫折满满的母女二人平添了许多烦恼。以此为契机，一肚子古灵精怪的陆小贝似乎便爱上了大自己九岁的姚澜，于是乎便厚着脸皮展开了追求。 姐弟恋考验着不仅是两人年龄，更有对人生、爱情和生活的态度。在和这个“弟弟”相处过程中，姚澜不得不去面对种种根本不曾设想过的状况……。Social realism regarding struggles of reservation-dwelling Native Americans in the North Central states of the US.
